Hi guys, new to BP and real estate investing.

I'm from South Lake Tahoe and recently quit my day job to invest full time. 

Adjust the split if one invests more or takes on greater responsibility.

I did see you were in Jacksonville, FL which is a great investing community to be in.

If you never lived in the city, do not invest there. 

You say this would be when your flip sells...flips are inventory in an active business, not investment, so they cannot be 1031'd.

Do they know how to maximize the return on investment for you?

Subject too you can get in low cost or free but the risks associated come with the need for money, silent seconds can ruin your personal life and make refinances possibly impossible or can sink the investment throughout or after liquidation.

I’m looking at investing outside of California; mainly Kansas.
