Hi all,Looking for some advice on a seller financing proposal.I recently rehabbed a home in Houston, TX and have received a couple of seller financing offers above the ARV/ list price.

She does terrible work with the listing, didn't care about multiple mistakes we pointed out, acted like we were annoying her by asking simple questions, and became defensive and unprofessional when we called her out on it. 

I made an offer within a few days of it coming back online and closed 4/21/2017 at $44,000 below the original listing price in less than 30 days.

Everything should be consistent and clear, from the first time a new customer/client comes in touch with you to when they get in touch to discuss a listing, etc.
