If the report is from a reputable credit reporting agency and includes all the information I require, I see no reason not to accept it.

If you are in the state of Florida, this can be an interest-bearing or a non-interest bearing account, HOWEVER your tenants must be informed at lease signed the name and address of the bank where the security deposit is to be stored.

If not would like more info on property I have people I sent information to but no offers of yet.

In my case, I fall into the latter - I only invest locally therefore the Nashville market is the best for two reasons.1 - I sell real estate in Nashville and I have an incentive for you to choose this market.2- I know absolutely nothing about the other markets mentioned in your post.
