First STR guest has booked for the last week of 2022, so we'll be able to place the asset into service for 2022. 

I feel like there has to be something we can do, like adding mini storage units for both our tenant and outside customers to rent.

I will look into this and consider it as an option as I do very much love managing my own rentals I feel like I would enjoy helping others with theirs too.
