Thanks Paul, I've been inundating myself with various Bigger Pockets sources to get up to speed.

It also makes you aware of how critical the administrative side of a business is.  

Currently on our site I'm the go to person for any excel/coding/macro jobs and have previously been an IT administrator.The purpose of this post is to gauge if there would be any interest in people hiring virtual assistants that aren't at a super low rate and if anyone has any advice or criticism for me.I would be very open to any other opportunities BP members suggest as well.Thanks for taking the time to read my post.PS: I wasn't 100% sure which sub forum to put this post in.

A great place to start, is here on BiggerPockets then beyond from amazon or wherever, just pick a credible source

I'm looking to flip my first home this year in the western Massachusetts area and wondering if anyone here on BP has used rehabfinancial.com as a source for private/hard money lending?

(good infrastructure, multiple job sources, good schools, etc.)

Maybe, just maybe, you don't have to pull permits if you are sourcing all those trades.

@Mark Tomsick the San Diego REIA clubs are a great source to learn and rub shoulders with experienced investors.

Not personally, but the best source for what you seek would be your local REIA... you can find them on the global directory at nationalreia dot org.
