That means that unless an election is made to be treated as either an S or C corp for tax purposes, a single member LLC will be taxed as a sole proprietorship and a 2+ member LLC will be taxed as a partnership.

I'd bet that if you took a great leader out of the private sector and put him in charge of fixing the problem (in close partnership with military leaders), you'd get a lot further than we currently do by putting military leaders in charge and maintaining the status quo.

Not only do I get their experience and advice on deals, as well as partnership, but I also get to benefit from their private money resources.Here's the dilemma:They are only interested in a few specific areas to focus their investing on.

Maybe there is nothing between the younger lady and that guy on a romantic side, maybe it's just a matter of convenience.The greatest default by tenants seems to be younger unmarried couples, period.
