I agree if someone is fresh out of bankruptcy it takes I think 3 years to qualify for fha financing, although it may be 2 from bk and 3 from foreclosure. 

Specifically, I recommend looking at Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Clermont, Minneola, Davenport, Kissimmee, Maitland, Lake Mary, Winter Park, and Windermere. 

Why not just have something built fresh where I can critique every detail of the building on its way up rather than sitting waiting for a deal that has downsides to it wich u won't be 100% satisfied with.

I rent out a couple of condo's in Garden City, UT right on Bear Lake and I definitely see the slow down.
