Monday and Wednesday after about 4 would be best for me but I am a little flexible other times during the week, I just need to know ahead of time.

MEP aside, I do think someone should have a heads up before entering a structure that the structure is potentially going to fall down on their heads.

If you can find a friend/relative/coworker to pay any amount of rent you’ll be way ahead. 

Remember if you have a strong team a 2x4 only costs $2.75 it is the labor that is the real cost so if you ask for $5000.00 in seller concessions for repair but it only costs your team $200.00 to fix you might be ahead at the end....
