I currently work in the construction industry and I am looking into starting my journey into real estate investing in the new year!

It always seemed like a decent area with good industry.

Our labor rates are a lot higher than local competition but... we have the best people in the industry, we problem solve faster, they use technology better.   

Luckily for you, you already have two years of experince in the industry so I would assume the transition would not be too much of a shock.

I know we are in a credit score industry, but credit scores can be very misleading.

My goals with joining BiggerPockets is to grow my network in the Real Estate industry, and ultimately buy my first rental property/househack.
