Hi All,My Tennant is taking me to Washington small claims court, to ask for Security deposit full refund because I got late to pay ( paid on 26th day, instead of 21st day)- due items included Past due rent, Tennant did not pay, and now asking it back!

Not a developer, but I think typically builders don’t want to have more than 25% of the finished product into the lot costs.....seems like your purchase price is too close to the individual lot values, after subdivision.

Rents have softened recently so we'd be close to break even on this but presumably this improves over time.I've been racking my brain about this lately because we are going to leave the country for 5 months starting in August.
