I think they are estimating a sell price of 1.2mm...I have not run any numbers though the calc tool because I don't know enough about cap rates, vacancy, etc.  

Tools like Hootsuite and Tweetdeck make it easy to schedule your posts in advance and monitor activity.

That said, flip more with profits and pay that loss back quick and mitiflgate the risk by selecting solid deals.For long term holds, I do not think the HELICOPTER is the proper lending tool, go with conventional NOO loans.

A lot of this stuff is brand new and people are learning how to use these tools.

Although FB may be a useful tool for some newbies, I thought it would be important to explore all avenues and get some insight from people who have hands on experience and no partiality to FB.

For those of you who flips or do a rental turnover that the renovation may last a while - let's say longer then 3 months - during such time the property will be vacant and you may have expensive tools laying around, as well as materials and appliances being stored at various stages of the process, what do you do to secure and keep an eye on the property during that time?
