values rose.. buyers ( and these are FHA home buyers) pay the asking price but appraisal comes in light.. guess what happens FHA buyer does not have the difference they want you to lower the price.. or you have to start all over .. so from a sellers stand point its an issue.had it happen in Vegas as well were values are moving up quickly.in Oregon and CA and WA  we have not seen that  ( although I had one in sacramento come in a little light but not too much...)we are building new construction 1 mile from 27 homes I built last year .. the exact same model floor plan same lot same school etc.. we are selling that house for 75k more than last year.. that's a 20% bump one year LOL and its only costing us maybe 10k more to build it and lots cost were the same.

Because the state is worried that if you make someone cut the grass it's a slippery slope to requiring rose gardens and peonies in the front yard. 

There is so much more that goes into a person than simple skin color.

It was a great time to be an American, work galore, business opportunities galore, and prices rose at epic rates vs years prior. 

Is concrete ok with the aesthetics or would the property benefit form the pop of color a composite deck might bring

They come in some benzoyl peroxide resistant darker colors which means I have had to throw away a lot less from staining.

We changed the color and it looks great!

Start a new file and select a color that is close to a blue or black pen as possible.

This is one of the few parks that I had talked to before that is going to be more than happy to work with me.The park manager hasn't called me about any homes for sale, but we spotted a for sale sign, and a few what looked to be abandoned homes, there was a mustard colored mobile home on a corner lot that looked great and was for sale.
