They are interesting it determining the applicant's ability to repay so they would be unlikely to include non-applicant income (even though it's your spouse).

On a personal note, $270k blows me away. 5 years ago you could pick these up all day long for $180k.

I agree that you should never look at the listing price to determine if something is going to work or not.
