Foreign Tax Credits cannot be used to claim back personal income tax paid in the US against corporate income tax due in Canada, and the CRA is now saying they see that income as corporate income.   

Looks like in my lease I have that it is the tenant's responsibility if there is a foreign object other than toilet paper that causes the clog but it fails to specify determining fault.

@Sean Willette if you are simply a LP and not doing biz in CA than you likely don’t need to register the foreign LLC in CA.
