A little bit about my experience in Real Estate… I started a couple years ago doing some house flips in Detroit ( It was a 2 year plan) then decided to sell everything, moved to Washington DC which can’t afford anything in the DMV area but last year I purchased a very nice 3500 SQFT Duplex in Shaker Heights, suburb of Cleveland. 

Does anyone have experience building in this area?

I doubt you'll find any that focus exclusively on MTRs, but perhaps one who at the very least has experience in STRs since there are a lot of similarities.

For a little background, I have some experience overall...a couple of rentals, LP on a 24 unit currently, a bit of wholesaling, and a decent network of all typically pertinent players in the deal space, and I push my knowledge forward each day. 

@Priscilla Z. has hosted an experience group in the past that specializes on wholesaling…I hope she responds for a time and place.CFRI Central Florida is the larger group, with classes offered.

Then we experimented doing AirBnb for 1.5 years.

I have had good experience with probate properties, grandma house which family doesn’t want to deal with and bringing it to contemporary style.

Any investors here have experience doing this and/or have referrals of real estate attorneys and title companies familiar with this strategy?
