Is there a company or service you use that you can input the data and then have the owner paid on a monthly basis and it track the info in a similar fashion as if you were checking your online balance at a bank?

I would have to speak with the contractor (check references and license) who will be doing the install to ensure that it will be installed properly as well as check into local laws regarding the upgrade, does it automatically become part of the property or when the tenant leaves will they want to remove the granite countertops because they paid for it.

The added benefit is that you can just give you accountant the data file at the end of the year and he'll have most of what he needs to do your business taxes.
