It is legally and morally the right thing to do.

Subjectivity of law morality can be amusing. 

Legally you can do what Greg suggests, but it is morally wrong.

As a “land lord” I hold the ultimate moral responsibility of providing a quality living environment and I plan to do just that.I hope to give as much I take out of this community as grow though hands on experience.

Even if all else fails and you have to go through eviction, there should be no sob story that can make you feel guilty because you have done everything possible to treat them fairly.The moral of the story is, if property owners do not want to put in the effort to get good at landlording, they should hire an effective property manager to do the work.

🧐So many companies nowadays are using self generated testimonials in an effort to boost  credibility.

I trained a new agent last year that did a great job of using my experience to boost her credibility.

They got a little boost several years back when developers could buy up surrounding land and develop and sell off as residential helping offset the cost of the course and in an attempt to create a membership base.

I see absolutely no moral issue with taking the job.
