The more I read in published articles the more I realize how a simple pill such as aspirin can save a persons life in dire times.

Michael, may I suggest you go to law type sites, there are law schools that publish thesis papers, there are forums, lots of law firms have Q&A or search real estate options and look at the source of the site and stay away from RE promotional sites.Legal issues exist arising from those rights conveyed by an owner to a tenant, I won't go into history but this thinking is based on over two thousand years of rights of owners and owners or those occupying property and the King under English Law.

@Zach Ramirez  I have no experience with this guru or any other guru, but I do know that if you spend some time reading these forums and the books that BP publishes, you'll likely be much further ahead than signing up for this.

I haven't been to a big meeting in a while because it was content geared towards people VERY new to real estate which then drew attendees that hadn't really done deals.There's a few regular other meetups but aren't necessarily published.

A new book by biggeropockets was just published so this would be a great read for you!

How long it takes to get to the public sale depends on each state and their rules/regulations for foreclosures.If you want to know about properties in default, you just have to watch for the public notices of default, which are published on websites and in newspapers by the trustees.
