Of course, to do more closings without increasing the amount of work which equals the incremental cost of the closings, you have to decrease the work and attentiveness applied to each closing, increasing the risk of an error, which appears to have happened in your daughter's case.To answer your second question, assuming your daughter is insured under a valid title policy and also assuming there isn't an exception or exclusion to coverage for this matter, it is probably covered under the policy and your daughter should immediately submit a claim to the insurer to find out if it's covered.
