It takes a certain mindset and most people have their strenghts somewhere else.So, it would be putting the cart before the horse to start an LLC first, when you don't know if you're actually going to do something with it.

and boom, we're off to the races.

One of my goals is to be a guest on podcast on the BP showcasing my portfolio of assets and how I escaped the rat race.  

It feels good to be back up on the horse again.We've got cash and will look anywhere in the US. 

I just finished listening to BP Podcast 202: Escaping the Rat Race, and found it to be very valuable.

Also, a good niche could be a property with enough land for people to keep their horse, I don't know why but there is a huge demand those sort of rentals in my market and they are extremely hard to come by.

Thanks for your thoughts and ideas I know this was a pretty vague topic and maybe should be posted in the "discontent with the rat race/socioeconomic structures that seem trap people in them based on class for life while they perpetually struggle to get a bite of the carrot that perpetually dangles just out of reach from their hungry teeth" section...

Rich Dad Poor Dad introduced me to the concept of passive income, and I can't wait to get out of the Rat Race (or at least have a little more financial freedom).
