I do not view exercise for the sake of exercise as being a normal or required activity however given present day societies pension for electronic toys (all thing done on a couch by internet) and avoidance of having to participate in such activities as shopping it is possible that exercise solely for the sake of exercise may be necessary.  

I am sure everyone has a different view on this  topic and of course it's dependent on what your needs are.Some perhaps will want an overseas trip every year, wining and dining every week, some  toys along the way and others will be prepared to live a simple life.What income are you aiming achieve......from property investing?
