If disposal is jammed by foreign object that shouldn’t be in a disposal like money, beer caps, kids toys, have it stated on invoice and charge security deposit.

I finished my masters in predictive analytics last June and I've toyed with the idea of merging my analytics chops with my newfound interest in RE. 

Plus the hassle of hauling it to and from, and the time spent sitting around at a laundromat makes it really tempting for a tenant to spend more on rent for a place that will let them have a washer/dryer.  

After about 8 months I got my first call about the tenant/property from a neighbor and found out that the tenant had been hauled off to jail and the house had been trashed over the past several months.

It requires some maintenance but it's 2X as durable over the long haul.

They also needed access to their vehicles parked onsite while they used the company trucks to haul material to the work sites very early in the morning.An electrical surge caused by lightening and thunder one night around 12:30am was the reason.
