I've since rolled everything into a SD IRA and use that to invest in some of our apartment deals, but still toy with the idea of pulling it out of the IRA, pay the penalty and know that I'll recoup all the penalty plus some on the first investment. 

Local companies that haul gasoline will pay upwards of 80k plus benefits plus bonus.

Sold some toys (cars) and invested everything we had into a business.

I've been hauling rocks for this guys yard.

The new and old tech jobs also create extra future demand and now that double whammy effect pushes RE values up like clock work long haul. 

They can cut returns over the long haul by a sizable amount the longer the more you lose i.e. managed funds.I buy single family rental homes for our other half of our retirement.

Liabilities such as cars, toys and vacations don't make anyone wealthy or obtain a high networth.   

My Fiancé loves her job I know she’s in it for the long haul.

I don't plan to blow money on fancy toys in my early years.

We both remembered eachother, and had a good laugh about the kids toys/trinkets I kept finding stashed/lost years into my ownership.
