Plumber made 2 calls(which i paid for)snaked out drained for day then stopped up again. called the third time and I went over and took the drain and trap apart before I called plumber; found a toy car in the trap the plumber apparently missed.

Called the metal recycler and he hauled it away.

It that's your biggest mistake in real estate, you will be a winner in the long haul.

Quicken is a toy by comparison and I don't recommend it.

From buying new vehicles, boats, toys and whatever other materialistic items you could think of. 

We'll have to haul all the crap out of it, but it's definitely not anywhere close to some of the bad places I've seen on BP.

Toying with the idea of partnering in the future, maybe.

Fees - oh, and did they mention they charge YOU the fees to?

Cash flow is what pays my bills and affords me my vacations and toys.

The sellers may have indeed blown the case on fun and toys.
