Our place is a two family and if I was living in it and renting one side the numbers would work sort of with flood insurance and taxes but otherwise if  i had bought my siblings out and ran it as a investment not so much. 

(Doubt it) When I do that, it is easy to loose track of the size and I type sort of fast.

As @Shaun Reilly stated, sort of, this is nothing new for MA landlords.

Go to craigslist and look at the apartments for rent - you can sort them by map view.

You can sort it to list them so that the ones expiring soonest will be listed first.
