Hi guys,I'm almost finished building my personal home and am excited about the whole process.

I'm debating between finishing out my contract and going full time real estate, or staying in the Army another 10 years for retirement.

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

Contractor for some general finishing work, flooring & possibly some tiling.

Has a large nicely finished basement, 4 bedroom, awesome kitchen, 1/2 acre fenced in private back yard. 

So I'd just find another custom cabinet guy to finish from there if need be and make sure the work is of standard techniques and materials. 

I'm guessing at this point it is too late to take any action? 

Having cancer and pay rent late should not be related.

This should give you a good idea of what the homes in the area are selling for, and what finishes are being used to capture that price.
