@Nam Hoang you may want to reach out to a company like water mac or Jerz drains finding honest plumbers that will work on smaller jobs and while providing honest estimates is sometimes a challenge, Ive had both of these companies complete jobs on time and within budget for me on more than one occasion if my regular plumber is tied up on other jobs

Nothing against landlords (I am one) but we regularly get lied to by tenants, so this is why some people may be skeptical of some of your claims.
