I just stand back and watch in awe...

I've watched videos on youtube but it doesn't really cover that area. 

I've been watching for a long time but didn't have much to say until I bought my first house which I just got the keys for yesterday!

As a non American this sounded fanciful but I have watched it happen over 6 or 7 years.

I am junior in all this (only read a few books, watched a webinar, adn don't own a property yet) but my wife and I are building an real estate education and down payment for this. 

Found BP about 3 weeks ago and I can't stop reading forums, watching YouTube videos, and analyzing properties.

While trying to get up to speed with all of this, I've also been watching the property market and going out and seeing a few places for sale as well to get an idea of what is out there.I've done the math with a lot of existing properties (even very cheap properties in less affluent areas) and I just can't see how I can apply those rules in my situation.
