The BEST diving is ~30-35 feet anyway (full color, best visibility, etc).

My first mistake was trusting him and letting him and his wife pick out some of the flooring and paint colors that they wanted.

John i dont have the expertise at the finished product you do. but I have historical data on delivered log prices since I have done that for decades.. in the 80s Doug fir  ( this is all west coast ) was about 400 to 500 MBF delivered number 2 to 3 log or what we call a domestic log.. the export log was always higher priced ( also higher quality as the Japanese paid premium prices for premium logs and thats a whole nother discussion of how the Japanese build their homes.then things picked up and spotted owl and cost rose to about 600 in the early to mid 90s  but export from 93 to 97 sky rocked to over 1k per mbf.

The color of buildings is light pink, and it gets your attention quickly.

They appear to be truly abandoned (WA law requires 10 years to adverse possess without color of title https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?

I don't see any dudes in bell bottoms, stacks and afros but I do see dudes with tight cloths, high heels, and colorful hair.

I wrote the wholesaler and said Dude not me.. how did you tell a seller that her house ( elderly lady of color) was only worth 100k..
