The higher taxes aren't ideal of course, but the tenants pay a higher rent and the taxes are accounted for in those rents.

Personally, I pay out of my pocket for all of those up front and recognize I am at risk of losing all those funds.If you do not have the cash, you would need to find someone that wants to partner up with you, ideally before you put in an LOI.

I am not saying articles are bad, but you do NOT focus on articles.2 things you need to focus on.1) your website needs to resonate with your ideal traffic.2) you need to be sure your ideal traffic can quickly see you are credible.
