I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the Hagerstown market, have any GOOD Contractors, CPAs, Property managers and Real Estate Agents?

He will reply and says "confirm your availability to send x contractor" for the repair.

Anyone have any recommendations of a handyman/subcontractor or someone who is looking for some extra rehab work in SLC, UT.  We have duplex in the Avenues that we are trying to rehab and get ready to rent and looking ...

I'm working with a contractor to take care of some issues within the units, and was wondering what would be the best way to coordinate these repairs with the tenants.The plan is to send over scope of work to my contractor.

My realtor, 2 property managers, and 2 contractors all told me it's a decent area (not the most desirable but not a war zone).  

Of course electric, water, and sewer will need to be addressed.

I am looking for general contractors in Tampa Bay area as the house has to be painted exterior and interior, flooring has to be replaced in bedrooms, the pool has to be refurbished and some miscellaneous work.
