I believe one way to help combat that is buying a newer home or even new construction (which most are offering great incentives right now).

That being said, I’ve found a townhome, new construction, with the interest rate incentives as low as 3.99 & 4.99 it a a great area.

If the new property isn't owned by the llc then you will not want to put the income in the bank account nor pay expenses from it.
