I was curious if this would severely limit my signing opportunities and make being a signing agent essentially useless. 

Let them set a month to month lease and then pay you as the cleaner/maid/contact person.

@Mike Calvey The only thing I truly don’t like so far is setting up appointments for a showing and then not having people show up.

The problem is viewing the eXp model, through the lens of a conventional brokerage model, it will never make sense, because by it's very design it set to complexly change that paradigm. 

It use to be necessary as a DIY landlord to have a set cleaning fee in the lease that could be deducted from the security deposit at move out. 

I’m sure this number would be higher in a more urban setting.

Is your schedule set months in advance so you can get the time you need booked?

For example, you could find deals that have good long-term potential and buy enough money down so they throw off a bit of cashflow, but not so much equity that it limits your ability to scale.

At the moment it is not clear how much it greases the algorithm, if at all, because when I zoomed in on the extent of my market's city limits and clicked the Top 15 listed only a third had the trophy, with 1 top 55 and 4 top 10%s.
