I agree with @Joe Funari, If you don't want a big tax bill and are interestedin continuing in real estate investing you need to consider a 1031 exchange which allows you to sell investment real estate and buy replacement investment real estate and indefinitely defer all tax on gain and depreciation recapture.

I don't know, but the baseboards are gone, so I bet they were wet for a while and the bottom 2 feet of drywall should have been replaced.

I told him to borrow one of the other THREE from one of the other guys or buy one, and that they were left behind as a courtesy.Babes in the woods.But that did confirm my decision to replace the toilets when I refresh the bathroom, because his response when the toilet clogged was to flush it twice more until it "nearly overflowed" and he said that he's scared to do it again in case it does overflow.
