It is often easier in a balloon framed house to bring the attic into the conditioned space than try to air seal the tops of all the walls.However, if you do spray and insulate the underside of your roof deck in most any climate, but particular in a colder climate, you will also want to insulate the topside of the roof proportionately to ensure the roof deck remains in a narrow temperature band and you do not have condensation/moisture collecting in the roof deck.

In my opinion the investment is not worth the risk without cash flow.If you can determine in advance that you can in fact divide and sell, risky, then possibly but you still need cash flow based on the value of the remaining property.

If there were no election, or a quorum wasn't reached, or no one was elected, then there is nothing to turn over and trhe existing board remains until the issue is resolved and a valid election is held.

I would check for things that attract pests.Pests, plumbing leaks, are my biggest concerns.I had a tenant once who let water remain on the bathroom floor.
