And yes... from 2,000+ miles away.Again, my whole point is I am the one taking care of my properties that are 2,000 miles away.

I am now living here for a year per the loan agreement but I am ready to move out and get it rented as soon as I can.

Hi Russell, I was looking to follow up on this post as i am also looking at a similar strategy and this was very helpful.

Just starting off, I am wanting a cash flow 4,3, or 2 unit property.

I am looking to build a strong network of connections to learn from and do business with.

The gas station I am looking into the company states they will take responsibility for repairs  and replacing the tanks and maintenance so is that a good deal?

@Seth Baumgartner, I live in Cincinnati, still own (now) one rental, but had more, have done about a dozen or so flips in the area over the years, here is my take.I am fairly risk adverse, so I don't venture into neighborhoods I don't know inside and out.  

I love everything about real estate and my friend introduced me to the podcast now here I am.

I have loans on two of the properties and am concerned that if I transfer the properties into an LLC that the loans would be called .
