Have any one used a collection agency  or services like Mr.

Contact the other agents broker and request a cancellation of the exclusive agency agreement.  

Most can't enforce because there is no  agency being created but facts can be distorted.

If u get a good lead on an agency it will give me a good reason to poke at her again w the risk and expenses of her indecision.  

Our agent had been unsuccessful in getting the seller to cooperate so I contacted the agency directly and they have been extremely rude and are questioning why I should get the deposit back. 

My friend who I played college ball with has hooked me up with grandfather who is an established real estate agent who owns his own agency.  

From my overview of the Boston scene, it seems as though there are a few very large rental agencies out there.

@Bryant Cheely  we are lucky here in that the deposit is pretty standard in the area. there are agencies with a lot of houses but no big complexes.
