I can only imagine that parties involved did not realize I was CC'd on their emails.

As you can imagine this 20 unit is going to bring in a lot more cash flow and if done correctly I merely traded up and gained 14 units. 

Specifically related to my situation (finding a multi-family home to house hack for a year), the only way I can imagine I find what I would consider to be good deal is that if the numbers (such as DSCR) do not work for an experienced investor and they pass it along for the newbie investors to feed on. 

If the seller inherited the property and it's going through probate you would imagine they would be overwhelmed.
