If i were okay with ceiling fans & provided he is a qualified electrician i would say okay as long as its done correctly, all wires hidden (no wiremold) and fix any patch/paint work if needed.I do not allow ceiling fans in my rentals because to me they are a liability and just another thing that can hurt someone or break.
