I feel that most people make this sound really good because it gets hype and attention online, but I have yet to hear anyone actually explain in real terms how this works...

I would just encourage you to think more broadly about guest types for midterm rentals.

Over the last 6-7 months, I’ve been doing my best to “get smart” on real estate investing, starting off with Rich Dad principles, which led to Rich Dad Advisor (McElroy, Sutton, etc.) audiobooks, which led to BP podcasts and doing YT research on tax benefits…I’m feel ready to take action and start putting everything into practice but still not certain which method is best for my first investment property.

That webinar was excellent but I feel like it left a lot of questions unanswered especially for after you buy the property..How am I supposed to fill the home with a renter?.
