I have heard of people financing builds that included finished basements that had bedrooms bathrooms, a living area and a separate entrance which they then rented.

I'm originally from Beverly, Chicago near the southwest border, but recently moved to Tinley Park once I finished school this past May. 

Hello BPers, I've been a little dormant on the forums of late.... work and things seem to get in the way more than I should allow. 

I'm a veteran about to finish business school and move to Southern California for my corporate job.

I would then promptly provide my good buddy friend of mine landlord with the receipts as he asked.I am sure that while I was out shopping I will have seen a nice stainless steel refrigerator which will be perfect to replace my soon to be broken/sold one.Oh, and by the way- I will continue to keep paying my rent late without repercussions.
