If you aren't trying to run a company, the standard double entry accounting method can be overkill.

If you're going to double close then no problem.  

I'm lucky enough where my mother-in-law works for a Real Estate Attorney, so he'd definitely double and triple check for me. 

I would like to double that in a year.

I bought 54 in ATL until the hedge funds doubled the price over night LOLI would suspect Dallas Austin and Houston have the local regulars that are cashed up and been doing it for decades.. most big markets have the regulars like that.

We chose to go with higher end Whirlpool appliances by adding a 5 burner cooktop, double ovens (convection), counter depth refrigerator, Sharp microwave drawer, and a higher level dishwasher as well.

Anxiety, double guessing and analysis will only delay you.  

Now I'm  looking for a  good title company that will do a double closing! 

I've borrowed money from a hard money loan, and have had to pay double closing cost each time.
