$100k goes in to my LLC (sourced from 3 co-owners)$100k goes into RE LLC to become Limited Partners, owning ~1.5% of RE LLC propertymy LLC gets quarterly distributions, based on profits from RE LLCat some point in future (3 years?)

Be sure to get them ALL out or you could be found negligent by a future tenant and have to pay to replace EVERYTHING of theres.

Basically conduct an IPB of your market, schools, median incomes, appreciation, future business developments, etc. etc.

My goal is to begin searching for my next property in November and hopefully close on it by the end of the year.Goals for the future is to have enough income from my properties to be able to leave my job in the next few years.
