I think not only they should pay for the damage, but also for the harassment and mental suffering that they put me thru during this ordeal.

With that kind of income boost, I'll have more than enough to live the lifestyle I want.

Mentally you should ready yourself to stumble but always get back up when you do.  

Keeping in mind that rehab project is for the experienced investor who has good cash in hand and mental toughness handling difficult situations.

This upgrade could boost the rent 300+ dollars a month.

Also, was the financials they gave you the real numbers, or did they have lower recorded financials to boost their NOI and thus their sale price?
