I was first introduced to BP by my lending officer/friend that I used for my personal home, Brad Durrant (fellow BP member) around March/April this year and ever since I’ve been hooked!

In our case, it was a young professional family with 1-2 children and maybe a dog who care about high quality schooling and a family-friendly home and neighborhood.  

My husband does not want to move into the place temporarily as has been suggested by friends.

Friends and deals are a dime a dozen, never a shortage of either.

Family, friends, coworkers, neighbors or anyone you come into contact with.

I've determined from REI friends that are investing in northern Colorado (Windsor area) that this market is not where I'd like to start since they are primarily focusing on appreciation returns and not passive income.I've looked at areas out-of-state (NE Ohio, Missouri, TX, FL) to start but that's about it.
