I contacted a lawyer familiar with this case and he said its hard to tell.

They know lawyer, etc so that is who I use.

Well, I'm not a lawyer, but you don't have a contract with that realtor.

The agreement won't stop a lawyer from taking the case looking for a quick insurance payout.

My lawyer suggested that I will still have liability with the house if someone gets hurt, or the house is not to code.
