I have been studying as much as I can for the past two months and just started listening to the podcasts on bigger pockets.

Case study  this one I sold in 2013.780 acres  bought in 1999  for 1.7 million... 500 acres in various age class's from 25 year old to 50 year old.. all very well maintained and replanted in the 70's. fully fenced and 7 miles of rock road that would carry log trucks.. great owner to buy from...

Paid may give you some skin on the bone, but usually there is no real meat, you can find as much information on your own, free, if you just take the time to study. 

I'm one of those people who has read the books, studied different potential investment communities, listened to the podcasts....but hasn't yet made a real estate investment.
