The house is getting an entirely new foundation and basically everything from the inside to the outside will be new.

I look for leaks under toilets and sinks...Also look for gigantic cracks in the wall or a titled floor for foundation issues5. 

The property has a crawlspace foundation and due to it being an estate sale, the utilities haven't been turned on in a while.

With that said I can use guidance to how to find Foundation companies, Framing companies and more to make the project smooth and as error free as possible. 

The 1st thing to do is to get a good foundation with education.

View report*This link comes directly from our calculators, based on information input by the member who posted.There is a home in South TX, its ARV should be 500000, It has structural issues, foundation issues, garage door, needs floors, paint, new HVAC (2 units are missing) .... the kicker is no one can go inside the house to an estimate it has to be based on the pictures in the report. 

The issue is that sometimes the unexpected items are only a few thousand and other times they have been ~$25K (bad foundation with bad sill plates through the entire house).

Foundation is stone, and I was thinking of spending some time parging/repointing. 

Are you suggesting I reach out to a restoration company to see about demolition and/or if the foundation is useable?
