My name is Katie Schwalm, and I'm currently a junior at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama studying finance and real estate.

My daughter goes to the University of Arkansas and boy things have changed.  

The area I'm looking at is right near some colleges and universities too, so there are a few plan B's and C's in the works.

The other is a large university that has it's own listing site which private owners can list on (for cheap).

I really like Auburn, beautiful town and area on hwy 80 in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains.

After reading lots of books, listening to podcasts, and just learning about assets vs liabilities I realized how much money I am wasting on University housing!

I went to school at University of Puget Sound and have some friends in Seattle that are also looking to buy in Chicago.

My name is Andrew Coleman, I grew up in the north Georgia area and have just moved back to Atlanta after going to school at Middle Tennessee State University outside Nashville and living for a few years in Tennessee and Hawaii. 

Jing graduated from Georgetown University with a dual major in Finance and International Business and a minor in Economics.
