I’m not looking to make real estate my full time job or anything that intense, but more tools to get me to financial independence sooner are always welcome, and this is something I think I could be good at. 

Tile is far superior for this application.

This way if we have a disagreement, someone has final say.

Personally, I prefer being able to access my money without penalties since it’s mine.

I’m not sure all of the regulations/rules to this in PA though.

I would double check all this, but my understanding is as follows:The property owner is still responsible for repaying the mortgage, even after condemnation. 

We have 3 deals under contract this month with 2 more in the works.

Our developers have all noted that HUD has gotten much better with this program in the last decade and it more depends on the local housing authority being good or bad.
