I am creating a new rental application for two properties undergoing renovation in NC.Does anyone have a sample rental application that they can share?

And that's just a quarter of the billion dollars spent the last five years.Local leaders say renovating the steam plant into the ProMedica headquarters in 2017 brought jobs, enthusiasm and momentum, setting off a shockwave of development and investment, and it’s being felt throughout the downtown streets.  

You would be surprised how many transactions I saw from out of state investors buying $8000 - $20000 houses on Buffalo's up and coming East side that had no copper plumbing, wiring, doors, or windows.That being said, there are some very nice places available in certain areas that are undergoing a resurgence.

I have ad copy written targeted so narrow it talks to folks undergoing a divorce currently... get targeted. 3-5 calls from people who want exactly what you have.

Has anyone had any luck buying from one of the many hotels undergoing remodels, or know where hotels send/liquidate old furnishing?

The building is brick, built in 1919 and is in a downtown corridor that is undergoing significant revitalization.

The condo complex is undergoing renovations and it won't be available to rent until late 2023 (so it won't show any income for 2023 until later this year) but I'd like to get a mortgage soon.

Property will undergo exterior paint, new roof, new fence, & full interior renovations (adding laundry).
