I'm also equally as confident, it must be evaluated differently.

Very low fees and probably equal or better rate - I have gotten 80K personal loans from SOFI. 

This means there are 15,600,000 room nights needed at 4 night stays which if divided equally among the 50,000 room nights available would equal 312 days of occupancy per cabin/hotel room 85% occupancy. 

There are very likely a LOT more groups that are in equally bad or worse positions.  

Equally important - would this return be greater than your other alternatives, such as the equities market, private lending, investing in a private fund, etc, once you account for the work and risk?
