They should still have alerted you if they changed it, but doubtful they need your permission.Anyone can sue anyone in this country, but how much are you willing to spend to chase this?

I am wanting to be able to stop working full time sooner than later as I would like to be able to spend more time with my family and enjoy life. 

I have 30+ units and on a regular month usually only spend about 5 hours total on management things, most of which involves collecting rents and bookkeeping.

Okay that seems like good news for making a BRRRR work in my market since I was looking to spend something like 45-75 on rehabs for these smaller sized homes. 

But it just depends on your risk threshold and how much you're looking to spend.

The losses would have spiraled out of control for me had I not been able to sell my second house immediately.I don't look back on my experience with any regrets since I know the risks we take playing this game. 

I will figure out what to do with it when I get to $20M, but it will probably just be finding new ways to improve built environment along with travelling more and spending more quality time with fam.
